At Picnicity, we understand that plans can change. We accept cancellations if they occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time. If you need to cancel your reservation within this timeframe, we're happy to provide a 50% refund of the total amount paid for the picnic.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the event, we are unable to offer refunds as we will have already begun preparing and working on your picnic setup. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
 
Can we book the picnic without food?
